Activities
Lava pool: Slide, waterfall, bar with food and drinks! Lava smoothie is our favorite! Plus, check the daily activities calendar for when the poolside games start (usually around 3)
Oasis pool is more quiet, there’s also a grill provided with picnic tables if you like to work on your vacation! Also, the Oasis Bar and Grill, serving a small menu and cocktails and drinks.
All pools have complimentary towels

Electrical Water Pageant: watch from the beach 8:25-10:30p
Movie Under the Stars: Check with the resort for movies and start times.
Running trails: Check for construction interruption
Rent a BOAT you can rent a pontoon boat at the marina $45 per half hour, up to 10 guests, its so much fun! Turn the music up and dance around the lake.

Fishing go out with a guide and catch some fishies!
Spa Senses full-service spa at Grand Floridian.
Sometimes the resorts will have an art class, but it's only advertised on a poster inside the resort. Ask at the guest services desk if you want to know more.
Activities with kids:
Ride the monorail! Check out the other resort lobbies and snack bars (and real bars) Grand Floridian has Basin, a spa shop with bath bombs and scrubs that are fun to take back to your room and use, or just have a micro spa time in the store.
There’s a long nature-filled walkway to the Magic Kingdom from Grand Floridian if you like to walk!
If you like a long monorail ride, get on at your resort and at the Ticket and Transportation Center, exit and get on the Epcot Monorail Then you can ride around epcot and all the way back to the Transportation Center without exiting.
Fort Wilderness:
Take a boat from Magic Kingdom to Fort Wilderness.
Archery (ages 7 and up $45 pp)
Horse-Drawn Carriage $55 per ride
Rent Canoes, Kayaks, or go on a Segway tour!
Chip and dale’s campfire sing-along: ask about it at the resort, no specific info is posted.
Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue A super fun dinner show with skits and songs, all you can eat fried chicken and ribs. You’ll need a reservation.
What would a resort day look like?
8-9a breakfast
9-9:30 take a walk, explore the resort
10-12 pool or other activity of choice from the list
12-1 lunch
1-3 rest time (games, nap, indoor activities when hot, mini golf, resort )
3-5 pool, pool games hosted by cast members!
6 campfire (roast marshmallows)
7 dinner
8 after dinner drinks and dessert, they will give you one to go if you’d like to take it to the fireworks viewing area!
9 night swim or movie on the lawn (drinks to go!) At night kids love playing together on the main lawn outside of the lobby!
